Shipping Information

Jonas Studio ships products to you via Federal Express (FedEx).

We personally craft your product after you have placed your order, so please allow 3-5 days after your order for it to be shipped.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding all holidays.

All shipments are insured and will require a signature upon delivery.  Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, it is no longer covered by insurance.

Domestic Shipping

We offer free ground shipping in the U.S. except for Hawaii, Alaska and other U.S. territories

Ground Shipping: 3-7 business days – Free

FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days

FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 business day

FedEx will not ship to P.O. Boxes

Shipping to the Non-Contiguous Unites States: (Alaska and Hawaii)

FedEx Ground Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days

Shipping to other Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories:

FedEx International Economy-  2- 5 business days

International Shipping

Please be aware that shipping prices at checkout include VAT, taxes and tariffs.

 

Sales Tax:

Jonas Studio will not charge sales tax for orders delivered in the United States with the exception of shipments in New York State, in which sales tax will be added to the order amount.
